Privacy Policy
CHOG takes members' privacy seriously.
Members' personal details are only kept by the Membership Secretary on a secure computer and will, on request, tell you exactly what data is held about you. This will only be the information you supplied on your application form. We do not store bank or credit card details.
Membership details are not shared with any third party whatsoever.
We maintain a mailing list which is used to send members our quarterly bulletins and occasional special notices. These emails have an 'unsubscribe' link should you not wish to receive them. This is handled automatically in the mailing software.
We do not use cookies of any sort on this web site.
If you have any concerns about your privacy, please get in touch.
